   We bought two of these 1-1-09 and both have similar problems within one week of each other. Speakers not working right and on/off switch only works at times.

   i have a sansa from the e200 series and im having trouble with it the problem is that when i turns on it says refreshing database and then it flips out and does a little bar static type deal and fades out and the recover mod doesnt do any thing plz help me!!!

   i got a sansa fuse for christmas and it came with a speaker cord that was too large for the outlet. i tried to use it and now where the top half and the bottom half connect there is a a space and when i try to listen to my music it wont work. can it be fixed? ive heard that since i bought it for christmas there should be a free repair from the warranty, i’m curious as to if that would be a possibilty.
